Lunar New Year Holiday announcement

Second, we would like to inform you that our Lunar New Year’s week is coming up! As you know, it is the longest and most important holiday in our country.

Thus, our schedule will be changed as following:

• The holiday will start from 3rd Feb 2019 to 10th Feb 2019 (8 days – Pacific time). Hence, the support channels will be limited at this time.
