We’ve got something exciting to share 😊
Magezon Page Builder 2 is on the way. This upcoming release isn’t about packing in lots of new features or changing how you build pages overnight. Instead, it focuses on one important thing: the builder experience itself.
Everything is built around real customer feedback and real workflows, making building and managing content feel simpler, faster, and more comfortable than ever.
Estimated release date: Early February
Why a New Version — and Why Now
Instead of stacking new features on top of an interface that needed rethinking, we decided to step back, listening closely to our customers, and ask a bigger question:
What if we rebuilt the builder experience first?
This led us to focus on:
- Enhanced performance in everyday editing
- A modern, easier-to-use interface
- A foundation that can grow and improve over time
The goal isn’t to change how you build pages overnight. It’s to make the process feel easier and faster — especially for the work you do every day.
What’s Different in the Page Builder 2
Page Builder 2 keeps almost all of the core features and blocks from the current version, so nothing essential is lost. While there are several improvements overall, the biggest differences you’ll notice are performance and the redesigned builder interface.

Faster Performance Where It Matters
Performance is a key focus of the upcoming release, driven by what customers care about most. You can expect faster, smoother interactions during everyday editing — especially when working with more complex layouts.
A Cleaner, More Modern Interface
Page Builder 2 introduces a refreshed interface designed to be simpler and easier to navigate. It’s built to feel more approachable for new users, while remaining flexible for experienced ones.
Works Alongside Other Builders
The new builder will work side by side with Magezon Page Builder 1, Magento Page Builder, and the default WYSIWYG editor. You’ll be able to switch builders without rebuilding content from scratch.

Real-Time Editing
With Page Builder 2, most changes are reflected immediately as you edit — no need to save just to see the result. This creates a more natural editing flow and helps you move faster when building or refining pages.
Better Responsive Editing
Responsive controls are being refined with visual device previews and more flexible options, so what you see in the builder more closely matches the frontend.
A Gradual Release, Shaped by Feedback
This first release is intentionally focused and lightweight. By releasing early, we can:
- See how the new builder is used in real projects
- Gather meaningful feedback from real users
- Improve and expand features step by step
In many ways, this version is a conversation — not a final statement. And we’re committed to learning and improving as we go.
In Closing
Page Builder 2 is about doing the basics better: a cleaner interface, enhanced performance, and a more enjoyable editing experience.
We’re excited to put this new builder in your hands, learn from your feedback, and continue improving it over time.
Stay tuned — more details coming soon. 🚀
